Nancy has over 30 years of recruiting and interviewing experience. At first she worked as a CPA at Coopers & Lybrand and did on-campus recruiting. During her 4th year, she led all campus recruiting efforts for the Denver office.

After her MBA, Nancy worked at both General Mills and Kraft General Foods in product management. Each year she went to the top schools to recruit MBA’s. Nancy worked for the #1 Product Management recruiting firm in the U.S. for 20 years.

Her entire career has been about interviewing, mentoring, reviewing credentials/resumes and preparing people for interviews.

Nancy Phillips has a B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University.  She received her MBA from Northwestern University with a concentration in Marketing. Nancy also taught accounting at Northwestern and has done substitute teaching in Davie County NC.

She is a Davie County resident for 20 years and proud mother of three children who each attended NCSSM and earned College Merit Scholarships.
